Interviewing actress Lili Thorpe

1-. How was your childhood?

It wasn’t a very pleasant one and was quite lonely, I struggled a lot as a child due to my upbringing but I had my hobbies that kept me happy.

2. - From what age did you decide to be an actress and how did you know you had the skills to go on TV?

I never thought I had the skills but from a young age I admired actors/actresses for their confidence and the ability to shapeshift and play such a wide range of characters to entertain people, I wanted to be like them and make people happy like they did.

3. - Did your parents support you in the decision you made to be an actress?

No they didn’t, they were totally against it as they believed only bad things would happen to me if I pursued my modelling and acting career.

4. - What was your first appearance on the screens?

I played a Nun in Films Confiscated from a French Brothel (Mephisto's House of Ill Repute section)

5. - What was the role you liked the most?

Lady of The Lake in Excalipurr, it was so much fun to work with everyone on set, amazing film crew and despite being in a freezing lake it was one of my favorite roles I’ve played.

6.- What do you think led you to fame?

I treat people how I want to be treat, some people don’t understand how much work and how many people are involved in film making, its not just the actors and the camera man, there I so much behind the scenes that people don’t see or forget is there but without them the films/series wouldn’t get made so you have to show respect for not only them but their work as well.

7-. What types of characters you would like to interpret?

I would love to try any, I love the chance to play any characters I've never played before as it's a nice challenge to over come.

8-. What actresses and actors do you feel comfortable working with?

Any, so long as they are professional and respectful.

9-. In what other genres of art would you like to participate? (Works of theater, music, among others)

I enjoy doing modelling, it’s what I originally started doing which led me to acting. I would also love to try my hand at music at some point if the chance came up.

10.- Do you have any anecdotes that have marked you in your life and as a person?

I think my role as Lady of The Lake put me in a situation that helped me gain confidence in myself and in my work, if I can stand and do an improv dance in a freezing cold lake then I can do anything I set my heart on.

11.- What has been your greatest achievement?

Managing to work with so many people and getting to do so many wonderful projects with them, but mostly being able to watch a small ideas turn into something big and amazing.

12.- What projects will you make next and which ones do you have in mind?

I want to carry on with my horror work, I enjoy that a lot as its always such a fun set to be on but I would also like to get more serious roles. I currently have a few projects I am working on that will be announced in 2025/26.

13.- Would you like to make a movie in Spain?

If the chance came up then of course, I always am up for new experiences

14.- you like spanish cinema?

Yes I do, I tend to gravitate more towards horror and I feel like the Spanish horror films I have watched have a more gritty and authentic feel to them compared to other films, such as American horror films.
