1-. How was your childhood? My childhood was not the most normal. My mum was a Spanish Speaking Tourist guide, and my dad was a Grip in the Film Business. My dad worked behind the camera and my mums speaks fluent Spanish. They were both freelancers and I was also close to my uncle who used to come over to the house, and he was very comical.
He was a funny character. We lived on the outskirts of London in the suburbs a town called Ruislip.
We were happy but not an average family. 2. - From what age did you decide to be an actress and how did you know you had theskills to go on TV? My mother said that when I was a child, they asked me to do a play at school, and I did not want to do it. I was defiant because my best friend was not gonna be in the play, so I was unhappy and I was sulking throughout the whole stage.  I was little, I must have been about three or four but then after that, I found my love for acting.  I got cast in the school play when I was like fiv...

Interviewing model Jacquie

1. What inspired you to become a model, and what do you love most about your job? I kind of just fell into modelling. It all started in 2019 when I was competing in bikini bodybuilding contests. I ended up doing nine shows and I was completely burnt out. I needed something else fulfilling to do. I applied for an agency in my city and was quickly accepted. What I love most about modelling is the amount of amazing photographers and other models that I have met and worked with. The type of modelling that I do is called Lifestyle- which is basically ads for companies showing lots of smiles and selling their product. I also love doing creative photo shoots. That is where the real passion lies. Nothing is better than working with a creative photographer that has a vision where the two of us can bring it to life. 2. How do you prepare for a photoshoot or runway show? What’s your routine like? Generally, I like to have at least a weeks notice before a photo shoot. I really want to...

1-. How was your childhood? I grew up in the suburbs of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with a cousin three years older than me as my best friend. She was like a more mature and developed older sister to me, and we learned to dance and develop our artistic talents together. It was the time of the lambada rhythm, and we won dance competitions. We also danced jazz and musicals. From there, I began to be interested in singing and composing, and at age six I got my first piano and voice recorder, recording my first musical compositions. I also have a brother seven years older who always liked and studied computers, and I grew up with computers at home. By 1995 I already had internet access. 2. - From what age did you decide to be an actress and how did you know you had theskills to go on TV? I've always enjoyed acting, and my cousin and I used to do parodies of Brazilian soap operas with friends in childhood, even creating new scripts with new stories and characters for our fr...

1.-What inspired you to become an actor, and what drives your passion for the craft? My formative years saw me on stage at the school Nativity Plays & school projects which I found exciting and liked it but knowing drama and acting was not in my parents remit I ended up in an agricultural apprenticeship. Married at 21 we brought up our family. Subsequently Acting and Drama was put on back burner, luckily a good decision as as a family we would never have been able to survive on most actors wages. Not until my late 40’s did I ‘drift’ into Television & Film, I was extremely lucky to secure a limited place for ‘Elders’ at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts for two years, subsequently I was invited to participate on some various Student films and television shows, including a couple of reality show series on Sky ‘Tony Stockwells Psychic School’, ‘ Mind the Age Gap’ on Channel 5 & Channel 4’s ‘Weighing up The Enemy’ but my passion was for acting not reality and I h...

Interviewing actress Star Nefer

Image
1.-How was your childhood? I grew up in a quiet small town, surrounded by the beauty of a simple, bucolic life. Some of my fondest memories are of running freely outdoors, collecting little treasures like bugs and leaves, and feeling endlessly inspired by nature. That sense of wonder and imagination has always stayed with me — it’s part of what fuels my creativity as an actress today. 2.-From what age did you decide to be an actress and how did you know you had the skills to go on TV? I was a teenager when I first stepped onto a set, and it felt like home instantly. Being handpicked by different directors for featured roles gave me the confidence to recognize that I had something unique to bring to the screen. The joy I felt on set made it clear — this was the path I was meant to follow. 3.-Did your parents support you in the decision you made to be an actress? Yes, I’m truly grateful that the people who brought me into this world have always supported me in my endeavors — ...

Interviewing actress Nicole I. Butler

1. How was your childhood? Picture this: a small town in the Midwest, where everyone knows your name, your dog’s name, and what you had for breakfast. I grew up in a place where autumn smells like pumpkins and everyone’s related to everyone (no joke, I probably have a cousin running a pumpkin patch somewhere in the Midwest). Speaking of which—The Great Pumpkin Patch—yep, that’s my cousin’s thing. (yes, it’s exactly like Charlie Brown’s, and yes, I wanted to pretend I was Lucy trying to sell tickets to it). That farm has been in our family since the 1800s. My mom was a psychotherapist and my dad a real estate guy—perfect mix of deep thinking and business savvy. And they’re still married and in love. Can’t get more down-to-earth than that. 2. From what age did you decide to be an actress and how did you know you had the skills to go on TV? So, this whole thing started when I was 14, just casually waiting in line at McDonald’s (yes, McDonald’s), when an agent came up and ...
