1-. How was your childhood? My childhood was good. My parents were both academics. My mother ran a tight ship. Having said that our house was full of laughter, music, and conversation. We did a lot of traveling throughout my childhood. The experiences I had were invaluable and have informed me throughout my life. 2. - From what age did you decide to be an actor and how did you know you had theskills to go on TV? 1-. How was your childhood? Hmm, I used to think my childhood was tough until I met people who had it even harder. Growing up in Ukraine in a neighborhood near the woods was actually a fun place. My mom encouraged me to always be myself and try new things. My dad, a hardworking man, wasn't around much because he had bills to pay. I had a Russian/Communist grandma with a leather belt ready for when I messed up, and a rebellious grandpa who taught me everything a boy needed to know to survive on the streets. We didn't have much, but I didn't need much. My biggest desire was for my oldest brother, who had Cerebral Palsy, to get better. 1-. How was your childhood? I had a great childhood growing up. My parents being 1st generation South Asians did their level best to give us a good upbringing. My father worked various jobs and my mother worked two jobs. My childhood was awesome, not a care in the world and if it wasn’t school it was the playing field from morning to evening with no technology or other worldly distractions! Great times!! 2-. From what age did you decide to be a actor and how did you know you had the skills to go on TV? I decided to be an actor at the age of 41 during the Covid lockdown period. I had a friend who told me to give it a go. So, I tried an online zoom taster class where I had to submit a self-tape to the teacher for feedback. My friend gave me good feedback, but I was too embarrassed to send the tape off to the acting teacher. 1-. What was your childhood like?   I grew up in a small town in rural Australia. During my childhood I spent a lot of time both at the theatre, performing and at the studio training. I was surrounded by nature, camping, swimming, and exploring. There was always a sense of play, creativity and the outdoors, balanced with auditions and performances in the city.
